Club CABIS is a support group for survivors of brain injury, we meet every Thursday from 1-3pm. We provide social opportunities and events, bingos, bowling, movies, workshops and information.
This support worker/caregiver workshop is a 2 hours educational opportunity focusing on the difference and similarities.

We will be hosting the Ladybug Caregiver Support Group. Caregivers can drop in any Tuesday from 12-1pm or call us for more information to meet. We provide information and referrals upon request.
COMPASS is a 4-module course held in-person, which aims to educate and help caregivers learn strategies to manage stress, balance relationships, and navigate the journey of being a caregiver. Call or email us for details.
